Whole Life Cycle Of Construction Project Based On BIM Concept Applied Research

Information technology has emerged for a long time, has a huge impact on our all walks of life, including manufacturing, electronics industry can serve as a revolutionary change, but the impact on the construction of information technology is still relatively low, the whole building informationization level is low, with low energy consumption, green building industry the requirement of sustainable development, strengthen the construction of informatization has become the construction industry in the future send a direction, the application of BIM technology is the main content of construction informatization development, BIM has been become the second revolution of construction industry development. Explore from three aspects this paper studies the application of BIM in whole life cycle of construction projects:(1) Starting from the concept of building information model (BIM), summarized several of BIM and at various stages of construction project based on BIM value advantage. Diction ability and value, combined with BIM analysis BIM in construction projects at various stages of whole life cycle of concrete application, proposes a construction project based on BIM application framework system of whole life period.(3) From the two aspects of implementation of BIM application in whole life cycle of security system are discussed in this paper. Paper to BIM discussed in China’s development present situation as a starting point, analysis of the current development of BIM are faced with the problem, put forward a BIM development in the future is to build the software platform, the second is to strengthen the localization of BIM on safeguard measures.(4) For BIM in construction projects is widely used in the difficulties and challenges, and the future trend of the development of BIM, hope to give some inspiration and reference to colleagues.With the wide application of building information, BIM has in-depth to all walks of life. Use the advanced technology, this article explores the full life cycle of a BIM application research, combing the practice development of BIM in China, established the whole life cycle of BIM in construction projects application framework model, for the future further research to provide a train of thought.
