With the rapid development of the economy of China, there are numerous construction projects going into operation every year. Project construction is a complicated system engineering, project management need more perspective system comprehensive, coordinate various stakeholders, However, the conflict is a problem we cannot avoid in terms of project life cycle as the construction area prospered. There are a lot of uncertain factors that make different effects on different stages by reflecting some conflicts which will influence the development of construction project. These factors in different stages of the project have different functions and often show in the form of conflict event. From this angle, engineering management is conflict management.This essay concerns the conflict of project life cycle, analyze the main conflicts origins of four stages of project life cycle and make strategies of managing by researching some references. And it illustrates how to use the advanced scheduling techniques to solve the conflict of construction project by using actual cases. This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part describes the background, aim, meaning, the researching situation at home and abroad, the method of researching and thesis outline. The forth part analyze the reason and managing strategies of the conflict. The fifth part in the combination of case analysis the occurred in the project life cycle of conflict management. The sixth part provides the researching conclusion and creative thinking and gets a prospective picture of research.This article through analyzing the project life cycle of conflict’s performing strength events in different stages of the project in each stage and analyzing the effect of project and the overall distribution states by each stage events cumulative, reveals the conflict events in the project performance of the law. Understanding and mastering the primary and secondary relations of conflict events in project life cycle in each stage, this article strengthen understanding of the project life cycle in the conflict to grasp the global conflict prediction and to improve project management level, guiding a project principal in the practical work effectively deal with conflict play an important role. This paper has the following innovative point:based on the construction of the project life cycle of conflict management from two aspects and comprehensive thinking conflict management problem, it realize the implementation of the project in the process of early warning of conflict from passive to active management. And based on the project construction period, this paper thinks about the project manager in different stages of the project management of early warning management, rather than passive treatment. In the project implementation stage of the conflict management increased in engineering ethics from the perspective of project management of conflict solution.
