Research On Social Assessment Based On Whole Life Cycle Perspective Of The Construction Project

China is in the peak period of economic construction and urbanization development,The construction of engineering projects is the most important to promote the development of economy,Of course,the implementation of each project is inseparable from the work of the project evaluation,In addition to economic evaluation and technical evaluation,social evaluation of the project has been put on the agenda,which is consistent with the people-oriented,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable scientific development concept.But because social evaluation of the project involves many factors,most of the indicators are difficult to quantify,Even if these indicators are quantitative,it is difficult to collect relevant data.so has not formed a complete set of index system of social evaluation for project.This paper selects the construction project as the research object,abandon the past traditional project evaluation model,From the perspective of the whole life of the project,The project as a system to carry out the overall evaluation.Through analysis of impact factors of the whole life for the construction project,indexes system of social evaluation for construction project is constructed,and the first level indicator is 8,the two level indicator is 25,and the three level indicator is 24.This paper selects named nine days manor project of Changlv in Pingdingshan as a case study,Index quantification using questionnaire survey method,Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the model and calculation,Finally,the results of the final evaluation of the project,so as to Description the practical application of social evaluation index system of construction projects.
