Large-scale long-distance pipeline compressor unit is the key equipment of the compression and transmission of natural gas, and the impeller is the core component of the large-scale long-distance pipeline compressor unit. It has great significance to remanufacturing the impeller and shaft of large centrifugal compressor. The lossless disassembling of compressor impeller is not only the premise of non-destructive testing and repair of remanufacturing, but alsothe difficulties of remanufacturing. Although the temperature differential method is widely used in compressor impeller, the research of lossless disassembling mechanism is rare.In this paper, the effect of load temperature on impeller and shaft assembly was studied, through the finite element thermal structure coupling analysis. The disassembling mechanism of temperature difference between the relief beams was explored. The main research content of this paper listed as follows:(1) Designed the test platform of lossless disassembling, according to the calculating of the interference fit with the contact stress. The non-destructive disassembling test platform includes the mechanical parts, hydraulic system, and electrical system and so on. The rolling linear guides and new insulation materials were applied in the test platform, and had been declared the patent. The device provided a platform for the follow-up test.(2) Thermal deformation of sleeve was studied using the finite element analysis, regression analysis, range analysis and other methods. The influence significant of analysis temperature, wall thickness, diameter, length on sleeve thermal deformation was researched.(3) Finite element transient thermal structure analysis of impeller and shaft assembly was done based on the theory of nonlinear contact. The change of the contact stress and deformation of the assembly was calculated. The effect of load temperature on impeller and shaft assembly and was studied, and the disassembling mechanism of relief beams was discussed.
