As the first productivity of railway transportation, the aim of train operation diagram is to achieve transportation optimal allocation of resources by exploiting new resources and stock resources and releasing potential ability to the utmost extent. At the same time, as the comprehensive planning of railway transportation and foundation of railway traffic organization, train operation diagram is a tool that coordinates different departments to carry out production activities according to the strict procedure. Therefore, high-speed railway train diagram and its quality evaluation study become key issues of railway traffic organization research.The thesis optimizes thread of research, improves model and algorithm and establishes evaluation index system to study Chinese current high-speed railway operation diagram and its evaluation. The main content of the thesis is showed in the following:1.Different modes of high-speed railway operation and key issues of its diagram are analyzed in the thesis. The analysis of traits of high-speed railway operation diagram and its basic requirement are the foundation of its formation and the key process of optimized diagram.2.After analyzing basic theories of high-speed railway diagram and its influencing factors, thread of making of high-speed railway diagram is put forward. Various types of train operation diagram initial moments distribution methods and travel line methods are designed in the thesis, algorithm of operation diagram is designed on the basis of the threads of artificial operation diagram.3.By adjusting the initial moments distribution method, the optimization model of high-speed railway operation diagram is established with the minimum total traveling time and most balanced diagram as its target. Then Improved Genetic Algorithm is used to find the optimal solution to the model after the traits of the model are analyzed. During this process, key parameters and solving steps are designed specifically. The thesis uses Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed rail operation diagram as an example to verify the model and algorithm. The result shows that the thread of optimization, the model and algorithm have some extent of applicability to the formation ofrailway operation diagram.4.The thesis at last probes into the principles of setting up a system of evaluating indicators of railway operation diagram, the principles of choosing indicators and the building process.
