Research On The Villages’ Classfication And Development Countermeasures Of The Northorn Areas Of Anhui From The Perspective Of Space Competitiveness

The new period, China’s rapid development of urban social and economic put forward higher requirements to rural areas. As the emergence of the China’s "Rise of Central" strategy, the cities of Anhui welcome the great opportunity to upgrade their development, so, in order to provide powerful support to the city, the upgrading of Anhui’s rural areas become an inevitable trend. In this context, the northorn areas of Anhui, in which agriculture plays a important role for a long time, face an urgent need to the development of its rural areas.For a long time, the rural development of the northorn areas of Anhui stays a relatively backward state, the disorder of the village building、 the lack of the infrastructure、the low level of ecnomic, are the main characteristics of the development of rural areas of this region, that is largely due to the lack of scientific and rational guidance. Therefore, when we study on how to promote the regional rural development, we should firstly study the scientific and reasonable countermeasures for providing a right direction to the development of rural areas. So, it appears a great significance to divide the villages of this region reasonably and put forward different countermeasures according to different village types. Through the author’s summary, currently, though there are lots of ways to classify the villages, but it takes some uncertainty to the countermeasures, that is due to the superficial research、the lack of quantitative study and the undefined classification. Those are what this research want to make up.Based on the villages’ characteristics of the northorn areas of Anhui, the research use qualitative and quantitative methods to classify the villages of the northorn areas of Anhui much more deeply from the the perspective of space competitiveness through the author’summary on the development trend of the spatial pattern of the village. First of all, based on the analysis to the spatial distribution pattern of the villages of the northern areas of Anhui, the villages space competition process and the influence factors of space competitive of villages, the research puts forward the village space competitive evaluation system, establishing four aspects, six index. Second, through the function natural endowments method, the research introduced TOPSIS evaluation model and clear the evaluation process of village’s space competitiveness. Based on those, the research use the villages of Sunmiao township of Lixin county in Bozhou city as the samples, and evaluated each village’s TOPCI value, and according to the analysis of statistical results, divides the villages to three standardsractively developing type, Controled-development type, shrink die type. Finally, the research analyses the various types of villages’characteristics、development target and the main problems, and puts forward different countermeasures through the deeply study on the villages of different types in Sunmiao township.Through introducing the new village classification research angle and the thorough research on division standard of villages, and the discussion about the development countermeasures and the development suggestions of the villages that are studied as the samples, the author hopes that the research could enrich the research ideas about how to classify the villages of our country and provide scientific and reasonable guidance to the rural development of the northorn areas of Anhui province.
