This article based on the R&D of a new generation of aircraft’s intelligentpower distribution system with unit XX,combined with current development researchin domestic and international, have researched the key technology of the powerdistribution system. Communication error rate is decreased by using Hamming-code toencode and decode the communications data, even though the airborne equipment inwhich the complexity of the environmental electromagnetic interference. TRU over loadprotection and reconstruction has been realized in the project based on theory of theInternational Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC255-3.The compression ratioof sampling data is increased19.68%due to the improved Huffman-code. Theimplementation of hardware and software of data acquisition module, data storagemodule, fault detection module and airborne bus data communication module arediscussed in this paper based on modularized design ideas. Finally, the whole systemfunction test is completed in laboratory.
