This paper discusses the current situation of public building energy consumption at home and abroad, summarizes some of the problems existing in the current domestic and public buildings, draw two factors, structural factors affect the energy efficiency of public buildings and equipment factors. Through the implementation of a comprehensive range of energy-saving technological transformation program to achieve the energy saving of the public buildings. Energy conservation programs, including the facade of energy saving, the roof of energy-saving processing, application of shading systems, indoor air-conditioning system, heating system design selection and reasonable operation and management. Combined with practical engineering case energy consumption calculation and analysis, and discusses the comparative analysis of building energy consumption before and after energy saving energy saving efficiency and economy. |
