The Research Of Schemes Of Voltage Levels And Schemes Of Constuction For The Power Net In Hengqin New Area

Hengqin island of Zhuhai in Guangdong Province is the third national new area as afterthe Shanghai Pudong new area and Tianjin Binhai New area. Hengqin new area needs a highstarting point, high standard of programmings to protect the development of Hengqin, withthe overall development planning of Hengqin, complete the mission of the Pearl River Deltaregion "scientific development, to try and do first". The research of schemes of voltage levelsand schemes of constuction for the power net in Hengqin new area (referred to as researchhereinafter), is the main parts of power grid planning of hengqin new area by the Guangdongpower grid Corporation.The research based on the mature planning method of urban power network.It based ontotal quantity and geographical distribution of the regional load, and it combined with thecurrent technical and economic analysis on voltage levels. The research configuration builtfour voltage levels, and focusing on introducing and promoting refers to20kV as adistribution network voltage. We want to recommend a right programme with some technicalcomparisons and economic comparisons of the four voltage level configurations.The second half of Study proposed some layouts of substations and network planning onthe recommended programme, by the estimation for power demand and capacity ofsubstations. It determined conductor cross sections by electrical calculations of the networksolutions. And then it estimated for the size of grid construction, land and investment, toproposed any economic guidelines for the power grid construction of hengqin new area.At last, the research priposed some recommendations for the transition period ofHengqin new area based on the existing network.The research proposed some scientific and reliable technical and economic guidelines forthe Hengqin new area power grid planning, by mature research model, scientific analysis,scientific calculation methods and rationalization proposals. It also promoted a new referenceexample as the introducing and promoting refers of the20kV power distribution network.
