ZX Company J Construction Project Risk Management Research

The construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's construction industry,the construction capacity is increasingly enhanced,the scale of the industry continues to expand,resulting in complex and diverse types of risks,which not only affect the construction quality and safety of construction projects,but also play a role in the operation of construction projects.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out risk management of construction projects.This paper discusses how to identify project risk,evaluate project risk and control project risk in the risk management of construction project.From the perspective of the existing and verified project risk management in the theoretical field,this paper puts forward the effective project risk management for the construction enterprises and combined with the characteristics of the construction projects to make the construction projects complete smoothly.And combining the ZX company J construction engineering projects,the current implementation phase of the specific process discussed the architectural engineering project risk identification,evaluation and control method,and the mechanism of project risk management,by on J building project risk management control,system of summed up the method to control the J construction engineering project risk and formulate a set of appropriate measures.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which firstly summarizes the research background and significance of this paper,then analyzes the research status at home and abroad,puts forward the research content and methods,and points out the innovation points.The second part is the theoretical basis of risk management of construction engineering projects.Firstly,it defines the definition,objectives and characteristics of risk management of construction engineering projects.Secondly,it discusses and analyzes the identification,evaluation and control methods of risk management of construction engineering projects.The third part is the current situation of J construction project.Firstly,the background and general situation of J construction project are described.Secondly,the characteristics and difficulties of the project are analyzed.Finally,the investigation pointed out the existing problems of J construction project and analyzed the causes.The fourth part is the risk identification and evaluation of J construction project.First,the existing risk identification theory is used to classify the risk identification of J construction project.Then,the project risk analytic hierarchy process(ahp)model is used to construct the calculation matrix and evaluate the risk results.The fifth part is the risk control countermeasures of J construction project and the optimization scheme.Firstly,the risk control optimization scheme of J construction project is summarized.Secondly,it puts forward methods of risk prevention,mitigation,transfer and retention,etc.Finally,it puts forward solutions and countermeasures for the risk level 1 to 5 of J construction project.Finally the sixth part synthesizes the content of the above several parts and the deficiency and prospect of the future research.
