With the development of today’s science technology and economy, the quality ofpower supply of social responsibility has been more and more important,the importanceof the power system security has been gradually highlighted, power supply anddistribution increased automation can improve the reliability and security of supply anddistribution meet the requirements of the people.Subject from a certain area of the power supply and distribution system, combinedwith the actual needs of industrial configuration software Proficy iFIX softwaredevelopment platform designed and developed for distribution monitoring andscheduling system uses SCADA technology will spread to the separate control unitintegrated and integration.Power supply and distribution system framework was dividedinto three levels: master station layer, electronic station and remote terminal, usingOPC technology, database technology, using VB language implementation of themonitoring and scheduling system, the basic requirements to meet the needs andcapabilities of each structural layer meet the system requirements of indicators that canmonitor the operation of the grid and to achieve scheduling. This work will concentrateon the following aspects:1. According to project actual environmental conditions and user requirements withthe design of the monitoring and scheduling system for the distribution of the overallarchitecture, and hardware monitoring and dispatching system selection and the entiresystem is mainly the choice of communication technologies and the need to elaborateconfiguration software configuration.2. Build a complete database management system, database management systemdesigned to give structure and principles, as well as iFiX with oracle databasecommunication theory, the specific implementation methods and front-end SCADAnode configuration realization.3. Details of the user login and permissions management, real-time data display,query and display real-time and historical alarms, historical data curve queries, reports(daily, monthly, yearly) as well as production scheduling and management modules design ideas and design flow, and gives some concrete realization of functionalmodules coding.
