As the resource consumption and environmental damage, it has a greatsignificance to design a more energy efficient and pollution-free products. PMSMDTC system with simple structure and excellent properties has attracted broadattention of scholars, but it also has some shortcomings, such as the flux linkage andtorque ripple, the big switch loss and the high electromagnetic interference, etc. Inorder to improve the performance of the PMSM DTC system, it is particularlyimportant for us to study how to improve the anti-interference ability, decrease thefluctuation and reduce power consumption, etc. To solve these problems, I do thefollowing work in this paper.Firstly, this paper introduces the development history and present situation of thePMSM, and analyzes DTC strategy in detail. In the actual operation, especially in thelong time work or outside temperature change, the temperature of the stator windingof this system will change accordingly, which has a great influence to the integratedsystem. According to that, this paper analysis the effect of temperature on the motorparameters in theory and build a simulation model by using theMATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results confirm the validity of the theoreticalanalysis, which provides basis for the later researches of the running reliability, theonline identification and the anti-jamming, etc.In order to make the motor controlsystem for better control performance, this paper introduces the DTC strategy of SVM, detailed elaborating the basic principle and implementation methods, and setting up asimulation model for validating. The simulation results confirmed that this controlstrategy can significantly reduce the flux and torque ripple problem.The switching loss and EMI are particularly highlight with the increase offrequency of the traditional hard switching inverter. According to this problem, thispaper puts forward a new type soft switch inverter by using the DTC strategy of SVM.The new type soft switch inverter has no affect on the motor performance, the controlcore of which is TMS320F2812DSP, designed out a PMSM system based on the softswitch. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the system solves theproblem of hard switching inverter switching loss. It lays a foundation for the furtherstudy on the anti-jamming and reducing power consumption, etc.
