According to our enterprise railway technology, scale, capital, market, and otheradvantages, as well as personnel concept is not liberation, low quality of person and theservice is poor, Because the unfavorable factors, the railway management model shouldreform and development management standardization, to maximize efficiency, including theestablishment of a modern logistics information system which is one of the main strategies forenterprise development towards modern logistics. As a major part of our enterprise railwayconstruction, Train Operation Adjustment System is based on decentralized autonomous CTCsystem, combined with rail transportation and production characteristics of the enterprise, ithas achieved the remote control and intelligent control of train operations. Enterprise railwayoperation adjustment system can able to increase the level of automation of jurisdictionenterprise railway trains operating efficiency and production scheduling, supervision andmanagement. In this paper, the background is Shanxi Aluminum, I am focusing on researchand design optimization of train operation adjustment system applications operatingcoordination problem.Currently, computer and network has been large-scale applications in the railway system,using a computer to assist in the train personnel scheduling has been gradually replaced theoutdated manual scheduling mode. Once again, according to analysis the Train Operation adjustment System,determine the technology of the main functions in the system as well as accessibilityimplementation. In the project the introduction of the MVC model used to implement therequirements of the system for functional expansion and maintenance. According to thesoftware development process Papers introduce the system requirements analysis, the overalldesign of the system, run automatic generation and adjustment of the Train Operationadjustment System, drag adjustment. Eventually achieve a loose framework, a good extendedfunctionality and maintainability Train Operation Adjustment System. This system willenable to the corporate standing operating highly automated, information, intelligence andother aspects will be fully in the international advanced level, all the technology withindependent intellectual property rights, and create good conditions to develop theinternational market for our enterprise railway shunting.
