Transmission as the key in the assembly of automobile transmission system, itsquality and performance is directly related to the working performance of automobiletransmission system, which affects the level of quality and performance of thevehicle. Before delivery, manufacturers need tested and validated performance of thetransmission rigorously and comprehensively through a variety of bench test. Through themeasurement of its main performance parameters, it provides a reliable experimental basisfor future optimization and improvement. In the transmission bench test process, realizethe diagnosis of the subjects failed state transmission accuracy can not only theperformance parameters of accurate measurement of transmission, but also can avoid theother parts tested transmission failure caused by local failure. Such as small fault failed tostop the test subjects, may cause the transmission of large area damage, and even lead todestruction and even threaten the testing personnel test bench of the personal safety, thusaffecting the development cycle. In addition, if can make an accurate diagnosis insubjects transmission of partial failure,and stop the test in time, keep the participants earlyfault characteristics of the transmission will be more conducive to design personnel toanalysis the cause of the problem, optimization of product quality. The transmission testbench with the few online condition monitoring system;So transmission test-bed isurgently needed a set of on-line condition monitoring system to monitor their status, earlydetection fault, ensure its normal and effective operation; And best able to diagnose thefaults and predict their development trend.This thesis mainly is to develop the transmission bench test on-line conditionmonitoring system, the system by extracting the fault vibration signal characteristics inorder to monitor and control transmission. In the process of development of this system ismainly studied the following aspects of content:In this paper, first of all analyzes on the common failure modes and the vibrationmechanism of the transmission, and introduces the common fault vibration signalcharacteristics of the transmission; The transmission vibration signal transfercharacteristics is studied, combined with the feature of common fault of the transmissionvibration signals, respectively to study the fault vibration signal pretreatment and faultfeature extraction method, and time-domain analysis and order analysis method applied to gearbox fault feature extraction respectively, and time domain features and order of theweighted trend forecast quantity, combined with trend analysis method to predict thetransmission state; Finally set up transmission bench test on-line condition monitoringsystem hardware platform, and based on the NI company Lab Windows/CVI integrateddevelopment environments (ides) transmission bench test was designed and developedonline condition monitoring software system, preliminary to test the reliability andeffectiveness of the system.
