Research On The Development And Operation Mode Of The Logistics Park

With the rapid development of word economy and international trade, domestic and international port logistics have an unprecedented development. Logistics Park is not only a new phenomenon in the development of Chinese Logistics.which also plays a very important role in the development of port logistics.The port is one of the best places for construction of logistics park because of its unique superiority, which was the most important reason for having much concern by governments. The development of the western region and the constructionof the three gorges dam brings a broad space for the development of chongqing port. In order to improve the competitiveness of the western region and expand foreign economic exchanges, it is necessary to construct the logistics park of chong qing port. But in recent years, some local governments have a blind passion for repeated construction of logistics park, not selection the logistics park’s of development and operation mode from the reality, which caused a lot of waste of resources. Therefore, it is very important for the choice of port logistics park’s development and operation mode with scientific and reasonable mind.This paper analyzes the typical logistics park’s development and operation mode of the world, and summarizes the successful experience of port logistics park in the development and operation of the process. It is have an important guiding significance for the future construction of port logistics park in China. This article first writes the research background and significance of port logistics, and introduces the research status of the world briefly. Then it puts forward the necessity of the development of port logistics and existing problems. In Chapter3and chapter4, this paper research the development and operation mode of the typical logistics park,and the author summarizes the successful experience of the development of the logistics park. In the last chapter, we makes an empirical analysis of port of chongqing, and we makes a scientific choice of the development and operation mode of chongqing port.
