Research On The Training Mode Of Logistics Talents In Qingdao-port

Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises in twenty-first Century,especially in our country is called the "sunrise industry" in the logistics industry,all kinds of logistics personnel is seriously lacking,and even become the bottleneck of enterprise development and optimization.Qingdao port is an important part of China's port,not only occupies an important position in the regional economic development,but also an important factor in China's economic development strategy.This paper puts forward clearly for Qingdao port logistics personnel training mode research,training status based on Qingdao port logistics personnel,combined with the theory,methods and trends of the training mode of logistics talent at home and abroad,using the method of literature research,investigation and summary of expansion research.Based on the analysis of the present situation,opportunities and challenges of port logistics development,this paper puts forward the effective mode of developing port logistics talents.The specific content mainly includes three aspects:(1)analysis of the relevant theoretical concepts,combined with literature research status.(2)analysis of the current situation of Qingdao port logistics personnel training and talent demand analysis;(3)put forward Qingdao port personnel training mode,security strategy and related suggestions.Combined with the results of the study,a total of three types of logistics talents for Qingdao port are proposed,which are school enterprise joint training,step by step training and elite training.Through the summary of the thesis draw a conclusion that the construction should follow the practical,complex and innovative of training mode of Qingdao port logistics personnel,perfect security measures at the same time the establishment of personnel training,in policy,organization,funding three aspects of key management,and the formation of society,schools and enterprises "thinking three-in-one".
