Traffic engineering construction industry is an important pillar industry of thenational economy, the road as one of the basic transport facilities, labor-intensive, lowlevel of mechanization and competitive characteristics of the industry. China’sconstruction enterprises are prevalent in the actual construction cost is difficult toaccurately predict and control, internal management difficult to optimize thecombination of cost the preferred management issues.The cost of preferred is an important part of the highway construction project plan, amulti-targeted features.It has been a difficult and hot issues of science and engineeringresearch field, the traditional preferred method of dealing with multidimensional andcomplex problem there are many insufficient. The same is true for complexmulti-objective optimizing problem.
