With the development of pneumatic transmission technology, pneumatictechnology has been widely used in the field of civil to military and so on. Cylinder isthe most widely used in pneumatic system actuators. Cylinder works under thealternating variable load which will cause the cylinder fatigue damage, and then theentire pneumatic system failure, even security incidents. Many companies have paidmuch attention to the fatigue analysis of the cylinder. This issue is from the researchwhich is carried on by University of Electronic Science and Technology and JapanSMC international collaborative, SMC company MBF/L32-250standard cylinderfatigue analysis. This paper has completed the design of the integrated test platform areneeded for this project.This paper first introduces some background research and related theory. Then thecylinder integrated test platform design is divided into the load part, the mechanicalstructure part, the pneumatic circuit parts, the electric control parts. Each part consistsof the design requirements, the design ideas, the component selection, the structure, thematerials processing. Finally, a platform is completed, which provides a safe, accurateoperating environment and test conditions for the cylinder test.This paper also introduces the cylinder data acquisition method, the majoracquisition cylinder performance parameters in detail: cylinder stroke time, thecylinder min, the working press and cylinder leak amount. The introduction about anacquisition principle, acquisition components as well as components works has made itpossible for the completion of the cylinder test accurate data acquisition, and thus wecan know cylinder fatigue failure process from the data changes.Finally, the paper presented some problems in the mechanical structure part of thetest platform, and lead rubber bearing damping scheme and staggered truss system toimprove the structure of programs and then improve the test platform. Through theintroduction of the improvement scheme, the principle analysis and the operability ofANSYS simulation, the operability of the project is proved.This paper has worked out a comprehensive test platform in a safe, reliable, stable environment.
