Exploration Of The Landscape Value Of The Planting Base

With the development of our social and economic, the increasing of people’s living standard, and the work pressure increases at the same time. The people have more and more demand of leisure and tourism. So the proportion of consumption in this field is getting bigger and bigger, and the ecological environment has been demand increasingly high. The Mao Duoli Group which located in Yunnan province adapt to the situation, develop the eco-tourism on the basis of its raw material planting industry. Promoting itself development while driving the regional economy at the same time.The base of planting is only used for the production of raw material in the past. In these few years, the form of farmhouse tourism seems simple and small, it pays more attention to the fun of picking but don’t form the landscape of planting bases. No doubt, in the situation of convenient transportation, beautiful scenery and fine facilities etc, the "Landscape design of planting base" will become one of the future tendency of eco-tourism industry and the economic development of planting base.So, I chose the seasonal elements of four seasons as the design concept of the whole planting base. In Yunnan province, the change is small of four seasons, so the local people are difficult to feel the cold in winter and the hot in summer. These programs try to create the situation of four different seasons by the landscape design, to make the visitors feel change of season in the planting base.My graduation project through consulting many domestic and foreign research data, combined with the State’s relevant norms, take the seasonal elements of four seasons as basis, apply Ecology, Ekistics, Conservation and Environmental Science and other course, research, analysis and design the value of landscape deeply. Try to design the base into a raw material planting base with cultural connotations, beautiful environment, environmental protection, planting sightseeing etc.The creation of base’s landscape in my design mainly start from the elements of four seasons, combined with the building of the local native palm room, fully meet the demand of the planting base, respect the characteristics of local natural landscape, research deeply from the planting base’s parking planning, landscape design, architectural concept design etc, explore the value of the landscape of planting base and come up with a new understanding. In addition, I take the research method of theory and practice, the design mode from the overall to local; come up with the design program which suit the raw material planting base of Mao Duoli Group combined the landscape planning and architectural design.The design mainly focused on the landscape planning and design of the planting base, also concerned the harmony of architecture and landscape, the integration of people with the landscape from different perspectives, and even including the coordination of landscape and breeding space, the green collocation of the raw materials and plants etc sight doing some deconstruction and analysis, try to explore the multiple meanings and value of landscape of planting base.
