With the development of science and technology, human society is the continuous development of towards mechanization, electronics, information technology direction, the dependence of people on a variety of devices and constantly enhance the safety of a variety of devices will become a great concern.In order to reduce accidents, the fault detection, non-destructive testing methods generally recognized, electromagnetic non-destructive testing applications a lot. More mature electromagnetic non-destructive testing, eddy current testing, magnetic particle testing, microwave detection and magnetic flux leakage detection, but these tests can only detect cracks and other defects that have occurred can not be good early warning, to reduce losses.Metal magnetic memory testing technology proposed to solve this problem, it is the only one able to carry out non-destructive technique for the early diagnosis, before the formation of the defect or stress concentration, early warning, and greatly reduce the loss, but because of the good immature, also can not be quantitatively detected, currently only qualitative defect detection position so we the subjects were asked to the new explore the design of a quantitative detection.The issues in the design on the basis of the quantitative detection sensor, designed the embedded magnetic memory detector, and the detector has three types:staff on-site monitoring, the DTU remote send data and embedded Web server to send data.
