As data storage and processing and rapid development of communication technology, wireless sensor network (WSN) nodes is more and more strict with the power of life and energy density, each node current supply way has decided survival time of entire wireless network sensor. the tradition current supply way adopt battery to supply electricity, but the battery life is short existence, is not easy to replace and maintain the volume of sensor nodes increases, Increase the life of wireless sensor nodes and other shortcomings, the traditional power supply been unable to meet the development requirements of sensor network nodes. From harvest energy in what the sensor gets along environment, then collected the energy is converted into electrical energy to power Wireless sensor network node already becomes a future trend. For vibration monitoring wireless sensor network system, needs from the environment, collect the vibration of the vibration energy transform into electricity generators to power supply. Therefore, in order to increase the life of wireless sensor nodes and to improve the utilization rate of the output power of the micro vibration generator. A self-powered power and the power regulation circuit installed in the wireless sensor network nodes chip are very necessary. There are different types of micro vibration generator, a suitable vibration environment and the node power consumption characteristics of micro vibration generator is chose, and the corresponding power regulation circuit is designed.Design, according to the characteristics of the wireless sensor nodes of the intermittent acquisition and transmission data, i.e. according to this feature of the instantaneous power and average power of the wireless sensor node, the power regulation circuit for the vibration environment of wireless sensor nodes, each time when the reservoir element when the voltage reaches the threshold, followed by alternating power supply to the RF module and the microprocessor module. Micro-generators and power conditioning circuit voltage regulator is to provide an efficient voltage conversion and power as various types of microelectronic circuits. Obviously, the power of the wireless sensor nodes regulating circuit can achieve the improvement of energy efficiency.Be able to realize maximization in the field of efficiency for the circuit using design. The power making use of the OrCAD/Pspice computer software to have been in progress adjusts the circuital simulation emulation and the circuital parameter optimization, the parameter optimizing each circuital components, has made a circuit output power meet the design requirements, and has carried out the circuit function verification. Significantly improved the potential power density of the micro vibration generator and vibration energy harvesting and conversion can provide enough and economic energy for wireless sensors by the simulation results.This topic research to vibration monitoring wireless sensor network power supply problem has been improved effectively, and to promote the development of vibration control and monitoring systems.
