With the rapid development of higher education in China,the enrollment scale has been continuously expanded,and many colleges and universities have started new construction,reconstruction and expansion projects.The planning and design of the new campus construction is an important starting point for the construction of the new campus,and the first step for the successful construction of the new campus.At present,most colleges and universities have problems in planning and designing unscientific when building a new campus.The initial planning and design phase of the project construction project has the greatest impact on the project construction cycle and cost,so in the planning and design stage of the new campus construction project,comprehensive Considering various factors,adopting appropriate evaluation methods and establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system will make the planning and design of the new campus reasonable.The main research contents of this thesis include: Firstly,by introducing the theory of value engineering and the development process,as well as the general working procedures of value engineering,the authors lead to the evaluation of the new campus design and design process and the value engineering calculation and evaluation process.Secondly,based on the value engineering,the triangular fuzzy number method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to quantitatively evaluate the construction cost of the new campus,and a comprehensive evaluation model for the new campus planning and design is constructed.The third is the specific case of Zhengding New Campus of the University in Hebei.The comprehensive evaluation model of the new campus planning and design plan is adopted to evaluate the decision-making of the new campus planning and design plan.The scientific research results provide a certain data reference for the optimization and decision-making of the planning and design of the new campus construction.
