China has455inhabited islands, most of Which have poor supply systems. Islands have many Ways of new energy power generation to choose. However, different power schemes have different advantages and disadvantages in the aspects of technical indicators, economic indicators, environmental indicators. How to choose the power generation system for an island has become a problem in nowadays.In this paper, fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP) is introduced into decision making of island’s new energy power generation system. This paper establishes the hierarchical evaluation structure model for the island power generation schemes. Taking Guangxi Xieyang Island as an example, I designs three sets of power generation scheme based on the island’s natural conditions and power load, and do some research on the ratio problem in Wind and solar hybrid power generation system. The paper analyzes the three schemes according to the evaluation factors and quantize the qualitative factors using the method of grading by contrast, Which makes all factors added to the decision making. By FAHP’s calculation and analysis, the paper draws the conclusion: the Wind and solar hybrid power generation system is the best scheme for Xieyang Island. Finally, the paper compares the Wind and solar resources in different Chinese sea areas to prove that the conclusion is fit for the most Chinese islands. |
