Applied Resesrch On The Owner Management As The Core Of The Engineering Project Manangement Mode

Along with the rapid development of the highway construction in China, enterprise production management form had been basically formed by the core of the engineering project management. The highway engineering project management as a management science, its theoretical research and practical application was also more and more get each respect attention, innovated and developed in the practice. So researching the highway engineering project management, timely understanding of project management pattern as well as the three major objectives of the control is very necessary.In this paper, Ⅰ researched the Chongqing expressway project management methods, first, Ⅰ summarized the existing exprssway engineering project management mode, including:self management mode (government management mode and project legal person management mode), managed by the commission (construction management mode and FIDIC management mode), general contract management mode. Secondly, Ⅰ summarized the basic elements of highway engineering project management, which focued on the cost management, schedule management and quality management, and analyzed the influencing factors of various factors. Finally, Ⅰ used the AHP to evaluate the target control management measure, and summarized the management methods combined by the situationt of the U contract section of the Chongqing Yunwan exprseeway, proved the application of the FIDIC project management model, and summarized some effective measures of the three big targets (cost, schedule, quality) control in engineering management.
