In recent years, energy saving of building houses has been paid more and more attention,while the sealed Weather-strip, which is installed in the doors and windows plays a key role on it.The weather-strip enhances the tightness between doorframe and doors, stay away from noise,dust and freeze, etc. Therefore, the sealed weather-strip has a significant effect on energyconservation and environmental protection of modern building.The traditional production of doors and windows weather-strip, which generally need morethan10procedures, including spinning, cutting, back-bar melt, film insert and so on, is complex,independent, and low automation degree, that seriously affects the quality and efficiency ofproduction. Therefore, the research on the raw materials to products at a time weather-strippingproduction line, with which combine various aspects, has practical significance in improvingproduct yield, quality and international competitiveness.The article describes the domestic and abroad situation and development trend of theproduction of doors and windows weather-strip, For the shortcomings of the domesticweather-strip in the " Island " status, focus on the production process, equipment design andsystem integration of the one-step bonding type weather-strip, the main achievements are asfollows:(1) Introduced ultrasonic welding, back-bar welding principle, and analyzed production needs,proposed production process of one-step bonding type weather-strip. Based on the research of theproduction process, designed a ultrasonic welding production model of one-step bonding typeWeather-strip.(2) Established the mechanical mechanism simulation model of one-step production line byPRO/E, theoretically verify the feasibility of the design; designed mechanical parts of the yarnwinding mechanism, the cutting machine configuration, ultrasonic welding positioning mechanism,weather-stripping traction mechanism, etc.(3) To Delta DVP-32ES200R PLC as controller, ABB ACS800drive as driver, DeltaDOP-B07S200industrial touch screen as monitoring unit, build production line automationcontrol system; completed selection of equipment and control cabinet designing, established therelevant application software and monitor screen, achieved automation of the production line.(4) According to the order of production process, installed and debugged the mechanicalequipment, electrical equipment, integrated and debugged the electromechanical equipment,formed a continuous, automated production lines from the yarn to weather-strip at a time.Actualproduction results show that one-step bonding type weather-strip achieve advanced productiontechnology, high yield and good quality, high practical value.
