Design And Implementation Of Coal Integrated Automation Monitoring System

Coal handling system studied in this paper is the thermal power plant auxiliaries controla key link. For the normal operation of thermal power plant coal handling system must ensureeffective, stable and continuous operation, so the need to monitor the program to complete themultiple dimensions using electrical automation, video, speech technology in the constructionof coal handling system, so as to achieve stable operation of coal handling system. This papermainly studies the design and implementation of coal integrated automation monitoringsystem, the design and implementation of automatic control system of coal, coal controlsystem of auxiliary system are discussed and studied, and reliable operation of the thermalpower plant coal handling system security plays a very important role in.This subject adopts programmable logic controller PLC, PC configuration software,video and emergency call technology cooperation way of system design and implementation.The hardware system is mainly composed of the field PLC, video camera, emergency call, thesoftware system is mainly composed of PLC programming software, configuration software,video and telephone management software. Mechanical and electrical equipment by the PLCto control field, the PLC and display processing parameter to the configuration softwarethrough the Ethernet communication, then access the video signal to the video managementsoftware, finally access telephone signals to telephone management softwa re, so as to achievethe comprehensive monitoring system scheme.The main contents of research and complete the thesis: the planning and design of coalhandling control system, to provide design guidelines for the implementation of the hardwareand software system; selection of coal conveying control system, and design between PLCand PC communication structure of PLC and I/O station,; programming process of PLCprogramming and computer configuration, and the realization of simulation graphics the debugging process; through simulation of coal conveying control system, to verify the bestoperation way; function and effect analysis and complete video system and emergencytelephone system, as the auxiliary system and technical system with case analysis.
