| The centrifugal compressor is very important to power transportation equipment in metallurgical enterprise. In order to ensure it can work in stable, efficient and safe conditions, designing and realizing computer control system is very important. Based on the characteristics of the centrifugal compressor, this paper analyzed the structure of control system and control method, designed and optimized every part of the control system, such as signal acquisition, signal analysis, PID control, output control, safety protection etc. Optimized control system raised controlled resolution, satisfied blower running with reliability, safety and stability, Pulverized coal injection control system stability and coal injection ratio improved to provide safe and reliable protection.Centrifugal compressor control system is major controlled by logic control and interlock control. From this point, PLC system with strong logic control function is a desired choice. From the performance perspective, PLC product has strong handling ability and stability in analog signal, and can meet the request of this control system’s analog signal and stability. From the system’s structure, PLC system is compatible with industry Ethernet network protocol, providing more space for communication between systems and expansion. Therefore, chose PLC system as the main part of the control system considered both equipment investment and control effects.The specific contents of this article is the design and reconstruction of the centrifugal compressor control system hardware architecture, the application of the Control model,online monitoring and operation of the unit field data. This paper primary work is designing the hardware framework of PLC control system and the control system control model and the compressor anti-surge control system. Computer control system of centrifugal compressor with research work of this paper has been operated in one Iron and Steel Group Company; it has stable performance and good control effect. |
