This article's purpose is to provide the advice about constructing a comprehensive office building in the future.Based on this background, the article research the modern project management theory, and analysis schedule planning and control methods for Suzhou building construction. Using of the relevant project management knowledge, and taking Suzhou science and technology mansion project as an example, the paper elaborate the project schedule planning, principle and methods in Suzhou science and technology building construction.This paper is mainly divided into five parts:Firstly, the paper discusses the project schedule planning, control theories and methods.
