| The "cold house" of Changchun City, Jilin Province, is caused by irrational heatingstructure, can not effectively meet the needs of the area of urban heating and fuel prices,user maintenance improper use of objective reasons, is the urban heating systemheatsource, transmission and distribution network as well as heating the terminal housingcaused by different problems. Trend of energy-saving combination of existing buildings inthe north, Jilin Province began building a "warm house project" in2010, Changchun City,as capital city, is the leading citie of the running of the project.
