ABSTRACT:As to our country’s existing energy, the contradiction between supply and demand is really serious, it has become the neck of our country’s sustainable development. The scale of our country’s existing buildings is big and high energy consumption, according to China’s present annual residential building development rate, building energy consumption growth rate (5.3%) will greatly exceed energy production growth rate (2.4%) in our country at present. The later we do the building energy saving renovation work, the more building energy consumption will appear, and the burden of building energy consumption in our country will become heavier. Therefore, energy saving renovation work for existing buildings is imperative. As for existing building energy efficiency projects involving many units and uncertain factors, so it is very necessary to study its risk management. This paper mainly discusses the risk management of existing building energy-saving reconstruction project, including risk identification, risk assessment and risk response, then apply the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to judge the risk and study the possible risk factors and put forward the risk response measures. Based on case study, it verifies the risk management evaluation model and forms a complete evaluation system. Then a method of risk assessment of energy saving project is presented. This paper has10pictures,23figures and36references.
