Afterwards this system determines thevibration characteristics, makes a malfunction warning and sends these monitor messages to onlinemonitoring server through GPRS.At last the monitoring server will make a malfunction warningand recording.This thesis makes a detailed description about software’s and hardware’s composition ofonline vibration monitor system of gearbox for wind turbine.Also it analyzes each module’s designideas and processes.This system uses high-performance16-bit signal processor dsPIC30F family asits information acquisition and processing unit.This series of chips has not only16-bit single chipmicrocomputer’s control features but also high-speed computing performance. GPRS remotewireless communication is accomplished by sim900a.
