Aiming at this phenomenon, the reason we can find that the new rural community public space planning in full accordance with the city that set of things to come, does not take into account the value of the country as well as the most basic needs, resulting in problems of public space is not when, disorganized, urbanization phenomenon is particularly serious. The villagers live, enthusiasm gradually become low, this is contrary to the original intention of the construction of new rural communities.Public space is the important carrier of villagers’ daily life, we are in the planning, how to absorb the essence of traditional villages, build human, belonging to the living space of traditional village villagers recalled the "memory", became the cause of this study.The thesis takes Henan Sheqi County of new rural community as the research object, the first is the research on the characteristics of public space in the village, we summed up the characteristics and form and basic structure of typical public space of traditional village situation. The second is the research of the present situation of the new rural community public space, summed up the main problems at present of Sheqi County of new rural community public space and its influence. And then the comparative analysis of the two different forms of public space, public space of new rural community planning needs to be extended, and the actual demand and rural value as the basic starting point, try to put forward a set of new rural community public space planning model.
