Research On Public Space Optimization Of Guilin New Countryside Based On SD Method

Since the construction of the new countryside,the village appearance of the villages has been greatly improved.The village public space as an important spatial carrier,villagers’ daily life production occupies the important position in rural planning,but some of the new rural public space dynamic and no obvious improvement.How to restore or rebuild the dynamic new rural public space is an important issue in rural planning and design.As is known to all,the public space of traditional villages has maintained a high vitality with practical life function,rich folk activities and pleasant natural environment.Through the comparative study of traditional villages and new rural public Spaces,this paper provides new ideas for public space design in the construction of new countryside.Based on the traditional village in Guilin Yankou old village and new Yankou village as an example,combining the theory of environmental psychology,spatial perception,communication and space relation theory,using literature research,on-the-spot investigation,the SD method and SPSS statistical software,tools and methods,such as the Yankou village of old and new study on all aspects of the evaluation of public space.In this paper,a reasonable,appropriate and scientific evaluation system of rural public space SD is established,and 16 groups of adjectives are selected as influencing factors to describe the spatial characteristics of public space.Then,eight public space samples of different types,such as interior point,line,face and entrance space of the new old village,were extracted and investigated,and the comprehensive score of SD sample was obtained.The data of each sample in the same village were analyzed separately to explore the public space vitality under different types.In addition,the sample evaluation of new and old villages was integrated,and the comparative analysis of the public space SD method was completed.The basis of the complete data analysis by applying the method of SD,psychological feelings through factor analysis,to influence public space of 16 groups of adjectives,explore the tacit link between them,classified as four comprehensive factor namely the sensory factor,location factor,environment factor,functional factors.Then,according to the score of the four comprehensive factors of each sample,the poor,general and excellent three-level evaluation scale was set up,and the specific factor analysis and evaluation of the public space of the new old village was obtained.Finally on the basis of consumer psychological feeling of SD method of quantitative results,analysis under the different impact factors of traditional villages and the vitality of the new rural public space difference,on the Yankou investigation of public space is put forward: rich vegetation color level,highlighting local characteristics;To construct the subspace in the large scale;Rational layout enhances public space accessibility;Building a composite functional public space;Construction of public facilities and good management and maintenance;The optimal design strategy for different aspects such as clear boundary,appropriate enclosure space construction,etc.
