From The Perspective Of Cultural Heritage Of Xi’an Qujiang New District Spatial Development

Culture is the soul of urban development. Under the trend of urban developmenttransformation, many cities have turned to the direction of cultural development.Citywhich is not only the carrier of culture, but also an important source of culturalheritage.Urban space as a material carrier of culture, carrying the historical track ofdevelopment. How to based on the perspective of cultural inheritance, studying thesustainable development of urban context and space in the process of urban spatialdevelopment, is one of the important topics which is in the context of rapidurbanization.In this paper,taking Qujiang New District area core within the scope of the land asthe research object by using the method of field survey,related theory reference andinductive deductive.First, interpret the resource characteristics and basic platform of thecultural heritage in the Qujiang New District form historical and cultural evolution andgovernment decision-making background.Secondly,based on the relationship betweenthe historical and cultural resources and building architecture of Qujiang NewDistrict,the overall space is further divided into historical and cultural space,derivativecultural space, urban function space,then analyzed the spatial layout pattern.Through theresearch on this three kinds of space in four stages of spatial development to reveal thespatial development characteristics in the evolution of the Qujiang New District,in orderto explore the impact of spatial development of the Qujiang New District which is fromcultural heritage.Then complete the study of the case which is about the historical andcultural resources capitalization and spatial development.Judging from the development stage,Qujiang New District experienced four stages.The first stage is the beginning of the historical and cultural resources development,the spatial characteristics of the development is the type of historical and cultural spacedominance,"point-axis"mode. The second stage which is the culture-oriented urbanrenewal phase, the spatial characteristics of the development is"historical and culturalspace and living space together drive, axis driven peripheral expansion". The third stageis the acceleration of urban space development,the spatial characteristics of thedevelopment is" derivative cultural space filled and the whole space outreach".Thefourth stage with complete facilities,the spatial characteristics of the developmentis"living space shall develop, mature development".The overall space of the Qujiang New District follow the idea of "culturalconstruction+real estate follow-up"which view from space development andevolution.It can be concluded that the Qujiang New District of space development isessentially based on the cultural orientation of land comprehensive development.Andgenerally showing some evolution characteristics which include ""cultural guide, realestate follow up,form, growing point, axial extension, point axis extension, block fillingand continuous development".
