| With the development of economic globalization, strategic risk becomes the primaryrisk of overall corporate risk management. The article studies strategic risk of internationalproject contracting from the process of strategic risk management, the research process andconclusions are as follows:First of all,the article defines the connotation of strategic risk and risk management ofinternational engineering contracting through the research on the related theory of strategicrisk at home and abroad. On this basis, the paper identifies the factors of strategic risk fromthe strategic activities three elements including of subject, object and tools and decomposesthe three elements for five aspects of the macro environment, industrial environment,enterprise resources, enterprise capabilities and strategic management process to analysisthe strategic risk factors, and establishes the identification system of strategy risk ofinternational engineering contracting with the help of environmental scanning method.Secondly, the paper adopts the method of triangular fuzzy number complementarydiscriminant matrix to determine the weighing values of various risk factors on the basis ofrisk identification system and calculates the level of the various factors of strategic risk totalsorts. The paper also uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to describe theoverall level of enterprise strategic risk, makes the enterprise grasp the important strategicrisk and strategic risk overall status to help enterprises implement strategic risk managementeffectively.In addition, the article also analyzes the early warning of strategic risk of internationalproject contracting from the connotation, functions and work processes three points of earlywarning, and puts forward the flexible strategy including the flexible of resources,capabilities, organization, production and culture to circumvent the strategic risk ofinternational project contracting.At last, the paper validates the rationality and practicability of the identification systemand the evaluation model of international engineering contracting strategic risk by the empirical analysis and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures according to theactual situation.The study enriches the research of enterprise strategic risk management ofinternational engineering contracting in China and has a certain theoretical and practicalsignificance. |
