With the high-speed hydraulic tamping machine as the research object,"HHT-3fasthydraulic tamping machine remote monitoring system" is designed by using GPRS and GPS.The system is composed of data acquisition module, GPRS wireless data transmissionmodule and remote monitoring module. The system can operate data acquisition, datatransmission, real-time location, condition monitoring, alarm and historical informationquery and other operations to HHT.The remote monitoring system is composed of data acquisition module, wireless datatransmission module and remote monitoring module. Field data acquisition module is basedon AT89C52microcontroller as the controller, and use sensor to collect different varieties ofdynamic parameter of tamper, while receive location information using GPS. Then MCUshould get the work of data storage and process which is by serial transmission to meet therequirements of wireless data transmission. The wireless data transmission module which isbased on MC35i module and GPRS network realize data transmission, at the same time,further internet cable network and remote monitoring center for analysis and transformationof data packet by the transmission protocol, so as to meet the communication monitoringcenter and the remote data terminal data. Remote monitoring module uses Visual Basic6.0to develop monitoring system on PC platform, it also work out the transmission of datapackets to IP address resolution and data decoding, analysis, processing and display in orderto realize the remote location, data storage, abnormal fast hydraulic tamper alarm and remotecontrol function. Finally, through the test of the function of data acquisition, datatransmission function of the remote monitoring system, make sure that remote monitoringsystem is built successfully.
