| As dedicated construction equipment, High-speed Hydraulic Tamper is currently nonational standards for design and manufacturing. At present, domestic in the design of theHHT is mainly refer to foreign products and crane’s mechanical system. Our designedmachines exist the reliability and security and other issues in the construction. In addition, theHHT is composed of manufacturing welding forming, which exist certain influence on weldstrength due to process or illegal operation and other artificial unpredictable factors. So thecalculation of weld strength for enclosure structure and the connection plate of HHT play animportant role in optimization design, as well as static stress analysis, explicit dynamic andmodal analysis.Taking a HHT-3(the hammer weight is3t) as the research object and basing on thesteel structure design principle and steel structure welding manufacturing, the author calculatethe stress of HHT-3’s main weld and the connection plate. FEM method and mechanicalsystem dynamic is used to analyze the stress distribution of the enclosure and connection platethrough software ANSYS. By making model analysis of the HHT-3,the author got6naturalfrequencies and their vibration modes. Comparing with the operating frequency of the mainvibration source on the HHT-3,the results show that this machine’s normal working will notcauses the resonance of the box structure. |
