| The embankment height of arterial road in our country has aiways been at a high level,and the same situation occurs in the desert-oasis region of Xinjiang. Compared with lowembankment project, the high filled embankment has a series of insurmountable shortcomings.In order to realize the sustainable development of economic construction, reducing the landresources utilization of arterial road, decreasing the negative impact in the various aspects ofhigh embankment, low embankment design concept has been widely recognized and adoptedin recent years. Low embankment scheme has brought huge economic benefits, social benefitsand environmental benefits. However, compared to foreign countries, condition in our countryis different. The Xinjiang desert-oasis region also has a certain particularity, such as thespecial natural environment, the lag of design idea and method, thus the process of promotingthe low embankment project encountered great difficulties. If the regional geography, traffic,and key technical features can not be analysed, blind with low embankment design will affectthe residents’ normal life and for the development of regional land use, that affect the socialand economic development. Thus, for different regions, highway design should followenvironment coordinate principle and adjust measures to local conditions. For new problems,in-depth research of low embankment scheme evaluation methods system has to be carriedout, which ensure the height of embankment is at a reasonable level.At first, through the domestic and foreign research situation and characteristics of highand low embankment scheme research, clear the basic concept of low embankment schemeand its advantages and disadvantages. Then, the state of use and the environment coordinationand unity analysis of ow arterial highway embankment in oasis-desert region in xinjiang, andthe region’s natural geographical characteristics were described in detail. Combined with theenvironmental characteristics of the use of the arterial highways of the region, based on thethree-level regionalization, the analysis of influence factors is put forward to provide the basis;Third, influence factors of low embankment in xinjiang oasis-desert region are proposed, andanalyses the standard of each index. Finally, based on the theory of fuzzy sets analysisevaluation method, low embankment scheme evaluation model of influencing factors isestablished. The main influence factors of five representative area in xinjiang oasis-desert region,desert areas, gobi area, grassland area, farming area, small hillock area are evaluated. |
