Research On Production Efficiency Evaluation Of General Assembly Shipbuilding System

Production efficiency advantage is a necessary condition for shipbuilding enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Shipbuilding mode represents a kind of production system with similar inherent shipbuilding productivity and production efficiency.Through the analysis of the evolution path of shipbuilding mode,it is found that the general characteristics of existing shipbuilding mode are assembly construction.In order to improve the efficiency of shipbuilding,this dissertation takes the assembly shipbuilding production system as the starting point,studies the main influencing factors and evaluation methods of the efficiency of shipbuilding system,and provides theoretical and methodological support for improving the efficiency of shipbuilding production.In this dissertation,the shipbuilding production system is decomposed into a subsystem set consisting of three-dimensional structure of product,process and organization and three corresponding behavioral frameworks of design,production and management by means of system analysis method,combining with allocation efficiency and behavioral performance theory.The structure and behavioral model of the assembly shipbuilding production system is formed.In order to apply the existing efficiency theory,the system structure and behavior are decomposed into three subsystems.Analyzing the efficiency of shipbuilding production system from the perspective of relationship provides an analytical framework.In this dissertation,taking the shipbuilding production system of general assembly as the research object,the action mechanism of four factors including price conduction,quality change,structural constraints and behavioral incentives is put forward.The main influencing factors of shipbuilding production efficiency are analyzed from four aspects:industrial environment,product design method,production process and production organization mode of shipbuilding production system,and the system are put forward.Environment,system structure and system behavior are the basic classifications of shipbuilding production efficiency,which provide an analytical framework for analyzing and utilizing the influencing factors to improve the production efficiency of integrated shipbuilding system.On the basis of structure and behavior model,this dissertation constructs market performance model oriented to system environment and production performance model oriented to system interior.The market performance model evaluates the market competitiveness level of enterprises with technical efficiency and cost efficiency.The production performance model defines the overall efficiency of the shipbuilding production system as the product of the structural contribution coefficient matrix and the behavioral performance matrix of the system.The measurement and evaluation model of shipbuilding production efficiency is constructed by using data envelopment analysis and statistical regression method.The behavioral performance of each subsystem is calculated by using historical sample data of shipbuilding production system,and then obtained by statistical regression method.The contribution coefficient of each subsystem structure and the position,cause and degree of inefficiency in the system are deeply analyzed by behavioral performance matrix and contribution matrix,which provides an evaluation method for formulating measures to improve shipbuilding production efficiency and evaluating the implementation effect of efficiency improvement measures.Through theoretical analysis,model construction and empirical analysis,this dissertation holds that the productivity and productivity of shipbuilding industry and shipbuilding enterprises are determined by four factors:the environment of shipbuilding industry,the design method of shipbuilding industry,the technology of shipbuilding production and the management of shipbuilding production.The inefficiency of complex shipbuilding production system can be transformed into a structured problem,that is,the product,process and management of shipbuilding industry.The three-dimensional structure of organizational structure and the performance of design,operation and management are combined to solve systematically.It is the only way to solve the sustainable development of shipbuilding industry by applying system analysis method and emphasizing the comprehensive and important role of Engineering technology,management science and behavioral science in the progress of productivity and production efficiency.
