Research On Post-evaluation For The West Campus Construction Project Of Yanshan University

In recent years, the developed countries and some emerging developing countries,especially some international financial organizations has paid more and more attention tothe project post evaluation method, which has become an indispensable part of the loanproject in many financial institutions. The loan project post evaluation can bring manybenefits to the bank, not only can determine the decision level, and stimulate banks to bemore rigorous in the loan approval in reverse in order to make scientific decision, but alsocan provide a good reference for later decision-making, and contribute to improve theaccuracy. Based on the comparison theory of the project post evaluation method, thispaper confirms the content of bank loan project post evaluation, analyzes loan postevaluation of the construction projects of Yanshan University West Campus by before andafter comparison in order to provide guided suggestions.First, this paper elaborated its research background, significance, its current situationat home and abroad, the main contents and its research method adopted and so on, then itintroduced theories of post evaluation including the meanings, principles and methods.Secondly, this paper expounded the details of post evaluation of the bank loan project.Aiming at the existing problems in the bank loan project evaluation we put forward theprinciple of bank loan project evaluation, etc, then detailedly analyzed the content on thebank loan project evaluation, provided the framework for the empirical analysis.Thirdly, this paper evaluated the bank loans to the construction of the West Campusof Yanshan University, importantly evaluated the impact of project, management controllevel and financial situation by using before and after comparison, found out thedeviations existing in the project and analyzed the causes.Finally, based on the analysis above, according to the difficulties of the postevaluation of construction projects in Yanshan University West Campus, this paperprovides the improvement measures and suggestions.on the project post evaluation whichcombines with the actual situation of the bank project post evaluation.
