Research On The Optimizing Strategy Of OCT Creative Park Under Life Circle Of Industrial Cluster

Since the20th century, the emergence and development of creative industry,quickly becoming a new economic growth point. Creative Industry Park as aspatial carrier promotes the rapid development of creative industries. In thebackground of promoting the Cultural Construction, the various parts of thecreative industry park construction boom. However, some creative industry parkhas become an ordinary commercial district. It indicates that these parks didn’tdevelop in the proper direction, but toward a recession. Therefore, the thesismakes a study of the development of patterns and trends of the creative industrypark, so as to take measures to prevent the decline of the park, promote the parkto mature. It is the key issue of the construction of creative industry park.This paper takes life cycle theory of industrial cluster as the start point,focuses on the development and evolution of OCT creative industry clusters andfollows the framework of fundamental theory-life cycle analysis of creativeindustrial cluster-development trend analysis of OCT creative industrial cluster-analysis of optimization strategy. First of all, the paper starts from the conceptof industrial cluster and its life cycle. Industrial cluster marked by the quality andquantity of enterprise. Life cycle of industrial cluster is the change process ofenterprise behavior with characteristics of stage and regularity. The process canbe described as: sprout stage, formation stage, growing stage and mature stage.Secondly, based on the conception, analyzing life cycle of creative industrialcluster and its development trend according to the features of creative industry,and we find that industry centering on creative will experience transmutationor transition stage after mature stage. As one of the conclusions of this paper,creative industrial cluster has two growing path: industrial transmutation andinnovation cycle. And on this basis, by analyzing typical cases of foreign creativeparks, the paper sums up two types of development trend of creative parks:consumer-oriented creative industrial park and complex zone dominated bycreation. Thirdly, according to current state and development history ofOCT-LOFT, comparing with stage characteristics of life cycle of creativeindustrial cluster, the development stage is determined as growing stage.Combined with industrial development trend and the contrastive analysis of thetypical cases, OCT-LOFT is predicted to be complex zone dominated bycreation. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from industrial structure and spatial layout combining the characteristics thatindustry development influences space variation, which provides a broaderprospect for the future development of OCT-LOFT.Through the studies of the general laws of the creative industry park andtypical case of OCT-Loft Creative Industry Park, the author hopes that providethe reference for the Chinese creative industry development which in industrialtransition period. Under the guidance of the the life-cycle theory of creativeindustry park clusters, to correctly guide the development of industry and space,which making the cluster advantages into full play, and directing creativeindustry forward.
