| The cement concrete pavement has the characteristics of large rigidity,strong load diffusion ability and good stability,and thus becomes one of the main types of high-grade highway pavement structure.As of 2014,China's cement pavement accounted for 73.5% of the total pavement.Cement pavement stocks are huge.Some ways are facing the conservation and transformation due to close to the design life and pavement disease and other reasons.Cement pavement asphalt layer is usually used two or three layers of overlay structure.Mao Zhan highway use 6cm single layer of asphalt overlay structure in China for the first time.there are reflection crack control,roughness control,compaction control construction technology difficulties.So I carry out the following four aspects of research work.Firstly,the mechanism of reflection cracks of asphalt concrete cemented with cement pavement is studied,and the principle and advantages and disadvantages of three types of reflective crack prevention and treatment are analyzed.Fatigue simulation test is carried out to control the crack of glass fiber grille.Secondly,the influence factors of the flatness of asphalt overlay are studied.On this basis,the standard deviation mathematical model of asphalt overlay is deduced,and analyzes the characteristics of four kinds of automatic leveling system benchmarks.Once again,aiming at the construction technology of Maozhan highway,the corresponding construction technology is worked out.The construction quality monitoring technologies such as construction temperature monitoring,paving vibration frequency monitoring,compaction equipment speed-vibration frequency matching monitoring,initial density monitoring are used during the construction process.And the corresponding test is carried out in the eastern part of the Shenshan highway project.Finally,the test is carried out after relying on the project Mao Zhan highway project and six months after the opening,and the test results are excellent. |
