Technology innovation is driven by advances in technology. Intelligent design plays anincreasingly significant role in large-scale information processing and computing technology.It is considered to be a development direction of modern design. In the direction of thedevelopment of intelligent design, multi-disciplinary integration and technologicalinnovation is particularly important.In this paper, Semantics and key technologies of the design process has been in-depthstudy. The establishment of the model is based on the Semantics convey and retrieval process,and put forward a new design method based on semantics. By constructing a modelevaluation semantic dimension, design module, the semantic distance between computeraided design tools, finally realized intelligent design method based on basic semantic theory.1Based on the basic semantic theory, combined with the industrial design process, thedesign model is proposed.2Using semantic differential method (SD method) to achieve product system analysis,and through reduction and data processing, determine the evaluation of adjective pairs, toestablish the basic evaluation dimensions.3Module partition methods realizes the automatic pipe mill, to realize the reasonableand scientific modular division, provides the basis for design task partitioning.4According to the SUMO model tree, put forward with adjective pairs and semanticdimension as leaf nodes of the weight coefficient algorithm model, the user provides moreaccurate factor intervention.5Put forward two design module sub programs between semantic distance calculationmethod, and thus constitute a design scheme between the distance matrix, the intelligentinformation retrieval realized by the improved ant colony algorithm.6This paper presents the theoretical model is verified by examples, the results show thatthe model is feasible.7Based on the theoretical model, the paper put forward problems without solutions.
