| With the development of the national economy and science and technology, modernindustry put forward ever higher requirement for product performance and quality ofelectromotor.And therefore modern electromotor automatic testing system get more andmore wide range of people’s attention.With combining the testing system and theautomated controlling system,and using the programmable microprocessor as the core,thissystem can automatic control and test the no-load test,the blocked rotor test and the torqueexperiment test of the electromotor.It can also realize the automatic acquisition, real-timestorage,trend graph, report,automatic alarm function of the electromotor parameters,such asvoltage,current,power,efficiency,speed,torque and so on.This paper is based on the demand analysis of PMSM testing platform system and itpropose a PMSM experiment platform method based on the asynchronous electricdynamometer and the supervisory control and data acq uisition system(SCADA).And thenthree operation state of electromotor’s experiment platform is analyzed,and theelectromotor dragging system’s simulation model is build by Matlab/Simulinksoftware.After that the PMSM experiment platform’s SCADA system hardware is giventhrough an introduction of PAC controller module,industrial controlling computer andcontrolling and acquisition device.By using the Kingview software we then design theexperiment platform system’s PC interface program.Finally with the help of the DDEcommunication technology,the joint and interactive simulation beteen the electromotordragging system model and the PC testing interface program is realized.The simulation results show that,with the asynchronous electric dynamometer as load,the PMSM testing platform can have a rapid speed and torque response.It can also realizethe four quadrant operation and energy’s feedback.And,through the DDE communicationtechnology,the PC interface program written by Kingview soft can achieve all kinds oftesting data’s acquisition,testing data’s image trend displaying, alarming,reporting,storage,querying and other related processing. |
