This subject apply UG software to establish three-dimensional model of NGW31typerplanetary gear reducer,apply the dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS to establishvirtual prototype model of a planetary gear reducer transmission system. By the Dynamicssimulation of the reducer, taking into account that there is not only roiling contact but alsosliding contact between gear teeth,so the friction coefficient is introduced into the calculationand simulation analysis,and obtain the contact force between the levels of rotational speed,angular acceleration and gear and the conclusion that contact force is changed changes withnonlinear speed curve. And analysis these physical quantities on the time course and frequencyHistory. Then compare these data with the calculated value of the simulation results.The result isrelatively accurate,This shows that the virtual prototype model is established rightly and withhigh credibility,and lay the foundation for the finite element analysis and the reliability analysisof gear transmission.Apply HyperMesh software to create a finite element model of the reducer,do the modalanalysis,and get each order natural modal and inherent vibration mode of shafts andgears.Though analyzing and solving the finite element model by the solver NXNASTRAN,obtain the deformation and stress distribution of shafts and gears under the contactforce.Though analysising the results of the stress cloud and deformation maps and comparingwith the parts and materials of the yield limit,finite element analysis of the main parts.
