Application Of Matter-element Extension Model Based On Entropy Method In Safety Evaluation On Inner Mongolia Road Transportation Enterprises

Road traffic accident problem is a global social problem, due to the development of roadtraffic in the Inner Mongolia region and the fast rise in number of motor vehicles, road trafficsafety problem has become more and more obvious, the road traffic accident phenomenon hasseriously affected the area of the whole social and economic development. Therefore, in orderto ensure the road transportation enterprises to improve the traffic safety status in China,research on road transportation enterprises to carry out the safety evaluation is needed. Inorder to alleviate the problems of traffic accidents frequently occurring and achieve thepurpose of the development of road transportation safety, we have to start fromcomprehensively enhancing the level of traffic accident analysis and prevention,improving thesecurity mechanism of the road transportation enterprises and strengthening the supervisionand administration of production safety,and so on, through scientifically analyzing theinfluence factors and the evaluation indexes, methods of road transportation enterprises safetysituation, set up a scientific and efficient road transportation enterprises safety evaluationsystem, thus it can regularly and systematically evaluate their own security level,in theend,accurately grasp their own present safety situation and development trend.In this thesis,Firstly,it has widely analysis the research results of domestic and abroad,Then,according to the safety factors of road transportation enterprises and the securitysituation of Inner Mongolia region,it has established an evaluation index system of thoseenterprises under the guidance of the principles and methods.And then based onmatter-element extension method, entropy method,dynamic multi-value context constructs thesafety evaluation model of road transportation enterprises,finally,it has carries on the casestudy.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the research background,significance, present situation of domestic and abroad, the content and research ideas, etc; Thesecond part is introduct the theory of matter-element extension method, entropy method,dynamic multi-value context which this study is applied, it can lay the theoretical foundationfor the article’s model; Third,according to the evaluation index system of road transportation safety, it has construct based on entropy method of matter-element extension model;Finally,ithas a road transportation enterprise as a case,then,analyzes the problems and puts forwardpreliminary suggestions and comments. It also can prove the feasibility and practicability ofthe evaluation model in road transportation enterprises in this paper.
