With the rapid development of market economy,the competition between enterprises gradually evolved into the competition between supply chain and supply chain,cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in a supply chain can prompt the node enterprises by integrating the respective advantages of resources,effective interaction and cooperation,can achieve rapid response to market demand,reduce costs,improve efficiency and so on supply chain synergies,and thus improve the competitive ability of supply chain.At present,the collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain has become a hot topic in the academic and business circles.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct in-depth research on the collaborative mechanism and the evaluation of the degree of collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises.From the perspective of supply chain and based on the synergetic theory,this study explores the synergetic mechanism and synergetic evolution analysis between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,and establishes and conducts empirical analysis.The first part mainly discusses the background and significance of the research,summarizes the current status of research on supply chain collaboration by domestic and foreign scholars,introduces the research content of this article,and summarizes the innovation points of this article.The second part is a brief analysis of the supply chain theory from the perspective of the connotation,composition and process of the supply chain.The focus is on the supply chain collaboration theory,the supply chain collaboration connotation,the analysis of the factors affecting the collaboration,and the supply chain synergy The perspective makes in-depth evaluation of the supply chain collaboration theory and defines the concept of supply chain collaboration.The third part,based on theoretical research,regards the coordinated capital flow,business flow,and information flow between upstream and downstream enterprises as subsystems,and the core enterprise that conducts collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises as a composite system.The in-depth study of the coordination mechanism between enterprises,the establishment of a synergy effect model,and the selection of ordinal parameters that affect the sub-system synergy effect according to the sub-system collaborative evaluation model,thereby establishing a supply chain collaborative evaluation index system.In the fourth part,based on a comprehensive comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various collaborative evaluation methods at home and abroad,this article applies the improved entropy fuzzy matter-element model to the upstream and downstream of this paper based on the characteristics of the supply chain and the composition of the collaborative evaluation index system.In the evaluation of enterprise synergy,the research determines the index weights based on the entropy weight method,which avoids the subjective methods such as expert scoring to determine the index weights in the traditional matter-element method,thereby improving the objectivity of the evaluation results.The fifth part uses the improved entropy weight fuzzy matter-element model to conduct an empirical analysis on the representative Gree Electric Appliances,Inc.Of Zhuhai in the home appliance industry.At the same time,it conducts an in-depth analysis based on the results of the collaborative evaluation to further point out the problems in the collaborative management of the enterprise and propose targeted improvements Measures.In addition,this article compares the improved entropy fuzzy matter-element model with traditional matter-element models.From the calculation process,calculation results,and information content,it can be seen that the improved entropy fuzzy matter-element model can be more Objectively and completely reflect the level of collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises,effectively improve the shortcomings of traditional matter-element evaluation methods,and make the collaborative evaluation results of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain more objective and accurate,thus providing a new perspective for research.
