Research On Domestic Construction Project Management Mode

With the development of China’s construction market, the construction project management is gradually valued by industry. How to improve construction project management level has become a hot research topic, and the project management mode is one of the main research contents. At present, the international engineering project management has been more mature mode, but in the project practice of our country, the project managers found that these modes do not directly use. That transformation must be localized can really improve the quality and level of the engineering project management. Therefore, this thesis makes it as the research object. Construction project management mode will be summed up by researching the construction project management mode of international in order to provide reference for domestic construction project management.Firstly, this thesis reviews the theories of project management and engineering project management, and introduces the development of international engineering project management modes of history. And then the DBB, PCM, Partnering nine kinds of traditional and emerging international engineering project management mode is described, and the application characteristics of these modes is analyzed. On this basis, the history of domestic construction project management mode is summarized and the present situation of domestic project management is analyzed. The existing main problems and the impact factors of choice of project management mode is studied deeply. According to the characteristics of domestic construction project, PCM+Partnering combination management mode is proposed with reference to international project management mode. Finally, the application of combination mode in railway construction project management are analyzed and discussed.This thesis has given the construction project management mode in a combined mode, but how to combine the domestic actual situation with international advanced mode still need to study and explore constantly in practice. And the applicability of the PMC+Partnering also needs to be more practiced.
