Real estate development enterprises is the integration of capitalintensive, resource intensive enterprise, project development needs a lotof capital input, if the operation failure will face huge debt until thebankruptcy risk. The project development is a process of integration ofresources, through the integration of survey, design, supervision,construction and materials, technology, manpower and other resources, toachieve the development and construction of the project.
