Research On Project Cost Management In The Whole Process Of Construction Engineering

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made great strides from the construction industry to the construction industry.The construction industry has undergone earth-shaking changes.Building volume,building height,construction technology,etc.have undergone tremendous changes and innovations.At the same time,construction project cost management has also ushered in new challenges.The project construction cost is controlled by the previous phased cost,and gradually transitions to the whole process cost management,which promotes better control of project costs,thereby enabling enterprises to reduce costs and improve efficiency.To enhance the external competitiveness of enterprises.This paper studies the project cost management in the decision-making phase of project A,the project cost management in the design phase of project A,the project cost management in the project contracting phase of project A and the project cost management in the construction phase of project A,and discusses the cost management of the whole process of construction project.Analyzed the existing problems,put forward corresponding solutions to the problems,and concluded that in the design stage,the project cost management should be emphasized,the dynamic cost management should be strengthened,and the cost consciousness of all departments of the company can be enhanced to better control the project cost.Through the research of this article,I hope to help the peers who need to master the solutions to the problems related to the construction cost management of the whole process of construction engineering.Pay full attention to the entire process engineering cost management,and better improve the economic benefits of the company,so as to maximize the value of the enterprise.
